User Themes for Theme Builder

There's a new feature inside the Theme Builder called User Themes. When it's on, users get a "Choose Your Theme" item in their menu and can pick the base theme they work in - the top theme, the classic sidebar theme, or the Sassy theme most of you are running.

Three permission levels

  • Everyone - each user gets the "Choose Your Theme" menu item and picks their own theme
  • Admin - the location admin chooses the theme and every user in that location follows it
  • Locked - the agency chooses the theme and users don't get access to change it

Your customizations stay put

Users are only changing the base theme - the layout and colors. Everything else you've set up stays exactly as it is:

  • Branding stays the same
  • Anything you've hidden (banners, notifications, buttons) stays hidden
  • Renamed or translated items keep your wording

How to turn it on:
Agency Settings > User Themes
