If you’ve used our Chrome extension before, you already know it’s the fastest way to jump from the public side of HighLevel straight into edit mode. This update makes it even smoother + adds some tools I’ve been personally excited add on.
Here’s what’s new:
1. Calendar edit links directly. Much easier.
Before: clicking "Edit" on a calendar could only direct you to the main calendar area.
Now: one click and you’re dropped directly into the edit details of that specific calendar. No more hunting through your full calendar list to find the right one.
2. Built-in screenshot tools for AI workflows

Download as PNG or PDF. Pro tip: AI handles PDF better and won’t mess up the resolution when you use it for inspo.
3. Quick Media grabs
Instantly download all images + assets from a page, or bundle them as a zip. Then just drag into AI to rebuild or remix.
4. Clear Cache button
When HighLevel starts lagging, this is usually the fix. Now the extension tells you exactly what it’s doing and is grey labeled to CRM.
5. Quick Forms = my new favorite
Bookmark any form and fire it off from anywhere. Open in a sidebar, or in the pop up for a quick fill.
6. Smart Search for easy jumps directly to app
Uses your own browser history to predict where you might want to go inside of your CRM. Smartly suggests as you type and even shows active tabs so you don't have to keep opening endless memory hogging tabs.
7. Workflow AI Download
Send any workflow JSON straight to ChatGPT or Claude with one click. Add instructions like "summarize this" or "document for a client". We were doing this for over 2 years , but now it's smoother and released to everyone.
