Hide Menu Items for Types of Users in Menu Editor

You can now hide menu & settings items for specific types of users (agency users vs account admins vs account users) in the GHL Customizer. This makes it much more intuitive to hide menu items & settings using the Customizer instead of a combination of the Theme Builder & Customizer.
